Virtual humans have transitioned from novelty to an innovative business tool for connecting with customers, employees, and audiences. They are now being adopted for use cases ranging from customer support and virtual greeters in stores to shopping assistants, news anchors, and even clones of politicians. Joe Murphy and Felix Kim of Deepbrain AI joined me for a recent webinar to talk about virtual humans, address some myths, and show a number of live demos of the technology.
Heading into the recent HCI Digital Human Workshop, I (Hans_Sales representative) was wondering how many people would attend the event. I know virtual humans are a hot topic these days, but I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am happy to report that the event was sold out, and there was not a single empty seat in the room.
DeepBrain AI discussed PoC(demonstration) for technology introduction with relevant business departments within the BMW Group, and proposed as a possible way to introduce actual technology, such as a navigation AI guide, an in-house training AI instructor, and an AI concierge at a kiosk in the exhibition hall.
DeepBrain AI was invited by French companies BNP Paris and Orange to participate in Vivatech 2022 and operating co-promotion together. An introduction to AI human technology organized by Orange company was also conducted.
DeepBrain AI was awarded the third place in the “solution development” category at the “T-Challenge” held in Bonn, Germany, co-hosted by Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile. In addition, DeepBrain AI won 50,000 euros as an award, and also gained the opportunity to establish business partnerships with Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile in the future.
At this event, key stakeholders such as major Japanese broadcasters, distribution, education, and government agencies were able to share their concerns about discovering new business models with great interest. DeepBrain AI will make more efforts to discover and provide various business models in the future.
DeepBrain AI will participate in Microsoft Build 2022 via online, the largest annual developer conference hosted by Microsoft.
